Our review scores, rankings, and recommendations are determined solely by our editorial team based on standardised testing criteria. Software vendors cannot pay for favourable coverage, higher scores, or preferential placement. Our affiliate relationships do not influence editorial decisions. 5.2 Accuracy and Currency

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and currency of our Content, including verifying pricing, features, and product information on at least a monthly basis. However, software products change frequently, and there may be a gap between a product update and our corresponding review update.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@softwareadvisorhub.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving your written notice.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgement may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
